IVE Unveils New Album 'REVIVE+' with Bold New Concepts and Sounds

Celebrating their sixth year since debut, the group IVE is set to showcase a new side of themselves.

IVE (members An Yujin, Gaeul, Rei, Jang Wonyoung, Liz, and Leeseo) held a media showcase at the Yes24 Live Hall in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, on the 23rd to commemorate the release of their second full-length album, 'REVIVE+'.

During the event, An Yujin explained the meaning behind the new album title 'REVIVE', stating, "It means to reignite. We aim to spread the flame that is IVE even wider." Liz added, "While our previous messages focused on 'me', this album expands to 'us'. We've made many new attempts both in performance and music. We hope you'll view us with fresh eyes."

Liz continued, "I want to be known as an artist who makes people curious about what's next. We've tried new things beyond the princess-like image, and many have loved it. We plan to continue exploring various styles, so I hope you'll look forward to what's next."

The title track 'Blackhole' is a shuffle-based track that unfolds in a cinematic atmosphere reminiscent of 'Interstellar'. The expansive sense of space and cinematic sound enhance the immersion, musically portraying a universe where extinction and birth coexist.

The album includes double title tracks 'BLACKHOLE' and 'BANG BANG', as well as 'Hush', 'Stuck In Your Head', 'Fireworks', 'HOT COFFEE', and solo tracks from each member: Jang Wonyoung's '8', Gaeul's 'Odd', Leeseo's 'Super ICY', Liz's 'Unreal', Rei's 'In Your Heart', and An Yujin's 'Force', totaling 12 tracks.

IVE's second full-length album 'REVIVE+' will be released at 6 PM (KST) today.
