Lim Chang-jung's New Song 'Crazy Guy' Climbs Karaoke Charts in Just Two Weeks
Lim Chang-jung's latest single 'Crazy Guy' has made its way onto the karaoke charts just two weeks after its release, sparking interest in whether it will join the ranks of his classic hits.

Released on the 4th, 'Crazy Guy' has secured the 40th spot on the TJ Karaoke HOT 100 chart as of the 18th. This chart ranks songs released in the past two months based on their popularity in karaoke venues.

Lim Chang-jung, known as a 'living legend,' boasts numerous 'karaoke staples' such as 'A Glass of Soju,' 'The Love I Committed,' and 'Love Again.' Despite being released years ago, 'A Glass of Soju' and 'The Love I Committed' continue to feature in the karaoke TOP 100 (Ballad) chart.

'Crazy Guy' has also entered the mid-tier of the karaoke chart within just two weeks of its release. The song topped the Kakao Music real-time chart, Bell365's latest song chart, and ranked high on the Melon HOT100, drawing attention to its potential to become another classic in Lim's discography.

Lim's ballads are known for their demanding high notes and emotional depth. Yet, their consistent presence on karaoke charts reflects their widespread appeal. With 'Crazy Guy' making its mark on both music and karaoke charts, it remains to be seen if it will be remembered as another iconic Lim Chang-jung hit.
