K-Pop Star Chuu Collaborates with Renowned Choreographer Choi Young-jun for Debut Album
Chuu, a former member of the popular K-pop group LOONA, has teamed up with acclaimed choreographer Choi Young-jun, known for his work with BTS, SEVENTEEN, and TWICE, for her debut album. Chuu revealed that the choreography was so intricate that even professional dancers found it challenging.

On November 7, Chuu held an interview at a café in Gangnam, Seoul, to celebrate the release of her first full-length album, 'XO, My Cyberlove.'

During the interview, Chuu shared, "I've heard somewhere that I practiced 10,000 times, and I really did practice a lot. The choreography requires delicate and fluid movements, unlike the bold and strong moves I'm used to." She added, "Choreographer Choi Young-jun mentioned that it's a routine even dancers find difficult."

Chuu recounted her late-night practice sessions, saying, "I felt like a robot while dancing. We practiced as a group until the early hours, which reminded me of my days with LOONA."

'XO, My Cyberlove' explores themes of love in the age of artificial intelligence and the evolving nature of human relationships in the digital era. The title track, also named 'XO, My Cyberlove,' is a pop song with an 80s vibe, depicting an AI's unrequited love for a human. The album features nine tracks, spanning genres from pop and R&B to indie, hyper-pop, and alternative, showcasing Chuu's versatility as an artist.

Chuu's debut album 'XO, My Cyberlove' was released on various music streaming platforms on November 7 at 6 PM.
