Davichi Tops December's TENASIA ARTIST TOP TEN in K-Pop Genre
The December TENASIA voting service conducted global votes divided into K-POP BOY BRAND, K-POP GIRL BRAND, and HOT GENRE BRAND categories.
As a result, singer Davichi claimed the top spot in the K-Pop genre brand category. They are set to hold the '2026 Davichi Concert 'Time Capsule: Connecting Time'(2026 Davichi Concert 'Time Capsule: 시간을 잇다) on January 24 and 25, 2026, at the KSPO Dome in Seoul. Additionally, Davichi's 'Don't you know,' which was famously remade by singer Zo Zazz, was highlighted as one of the top performers in Musicow's 2025 trading price growth rate.
Park Seo-jin secured the second position. He appeared on KBS 1TV's 'Morning Yard' on the 31st, where he shared a touching family story. Park Seo-jin mentioned, "My brother suffered from kidney failure and passed away. Hearing this story reminded me of him," referring to his late brother. Previously, Park Seo-jin shared the stories of his late siblings on KBS 2TV's variety show 'House Husband.' His eldest brother passed away due to liver cancer complications, and his younger brother died from chronic kidney failure.
In third place is BTS's j-hope. BTS completed their military service hiatus as all members were discharged this fall. They are currently preparing for a full group comeback in March next year. Billboard, a U.S. music media outlet, announced the 'Top 25 K-Pop Songs of 2025' on the 19th, where j-hope's solo single 'Killin’ It Girl (feat. GloRilla),' released in June, ranked 24th.
Following them were Roy Kim, WOODZ, Lee Chang-sub, ALLDAY PROJECT, Kim Jung-yeon, LE SSERAFIM, and Hwang Min-woo.
The rankings of Davichi, Park Seo-jin, j-hope, Roy Kim, WOODZ, Lee Chang-sub, ALLDAY PROJECT, Kim Jung-yeon, LE SSERAFIM, and Hwang Min-woo were determined entirely by global popularity votes through the TENASIA voting service.
The criteria for nominees in the K-Pop Boy Brand and K-Pop Girl Brand categories include male and female idol groups and solo artists within the top 20 on the Melon chart and Idolchamp chart for the month. The Hot Genre Brand category includes domestic groups and solo artists with a history of entering the Melon and Celebchamp monthly chart, also within the top 20 for the month.
Each month, the winners of the TENASIA ARTIST TOP TEN receive benefits such as exclusive feature articles and promotion as the Artist Top Ten on TENASIA's main page.
