BLACKPINK Gears Up for Third Tokyo Dome Concert with Nationwide 'Pink Light-Up' Campaign
According to YG Entertainment, BLACKPINK is collaborating with Kobe Port Tower from the 1st to the 18th of the month for a special light-up event. This project is designed to commemorate their Tokyo Dome performances scheduled for January 16-18, 2026. The 'Pink Light-Up' campaign will gradually expand to major towers across Japan.
Kobe, the starting point, will transform its landmark Port Tower and surrounding areas into a 'BLACKPINK Spot,' bathing the city in pink hues. Visitors will encounter BLACKPINK-themed visuals throughout the streets, along with various interactive experiences.
On the 5th-floor rooftop of Port Tower, a photo zone featuring BLACKPINK visuals allows visitors to create a film-like video by capturing images as they walk around. Additionally, there are photo exhibitions from their world tour and a limited menu café inspired by BLACKPINK's colors, drawing crowds from the very first day.
BLACKPINK's Tokyo Dome concert marks their third appearance following performances in 2019 and 2023. YG Entertainment reports that local fans' excitement is at an all-time high for this solo concert in Japan after nearly two years and nine months.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK continues their 'DEADLINE' world tour, which kicked off in July as the first K-pop girl group to perform at Goyang Sports Complex. The tour spans 16 cities with 33 shows, having successfully completed performances in North America and Europe.
