JTBC's 'Sing Again 4' TOP6 Launch Debut Album 'FAMOUS'

The stars of 'Sing Again 4' are stepping into the spotlight with their first hit album.

The compilation album 'FAMOUS', featuring the TOP6 from JTBC's 'Sing Again 4 - Unknown Singer', including Lee O-wook, Dorado, Kim Jae-min, Slowly, Seo Do, and Gyuri, was released at noon on the 30th across various online music platforms.

This album was conceived through the Netflix original variety show and 'Sing Again 4' spin-off, 'Famous Singers Need Hit Songs'. It captures the journey of contestants transforming from 'Unknown' to truly 'Famous' artists. The album includes six custom tracks that highlight each artist's unique vocal tone and charm, created in collaboration with master producers from various genres.

The album's title track is 'Purple Love (Barney)', a collaboration between Dorado and Code Kunst. This sophisticated R&B track evokes nostalgia and longing for the innocence and beauty of childhood, inspired by the purple dinosaur plush 'Barney' from childhood memories. Dorado's distinctive voice and Code Kunst's signature beats combine to create a high-quality track.

The album boasts an impressive lineup of tracks. Starting with the synth-pop 'Where You Are' by winner Lee O-wook and Nell's Kim Jong-wan, followed by the groovy R&B 'Hold Me Tight' by Kim Jae-min and Car, the Garden, the pop track 'PADO (Surfin')' featuring Seo Do and Zion.T with its refreshing guitar riffs, the dramatic neo-soul 'Real Life' by Slowly and Ahn Shin-ae, and the lyrical ballad 'Blackout (Miracle Gift)' by Gyuri and Yoon Jong-shin, the album includes a total of six tracks.

This project is being released globally on Netflix, capturing the attention of viewers worldwide. The cast and producers plan to maintain the album's momentum through various digital viral activities, including TikTok and Reels challenges and live videos.

The production team stated, "The album 'FAMOUS' marks an important milestone for the TOP6 from 'Sing Again 4' as they establish their own musical identity. We hope it becomes a special gift for music fans, showcasing the synergy with top producers from Korea and abroad."

The album 'FAMOUS', capturing the first leap of 'Sing Again 4' TOP6, is available for listening from noon today.
