K-Pop Artist Hong Isaac Releases New Single 'Hello, Goodbye.'
Hong Isaac's new digital single 'Hello, goodbye.' will be available on various music streaming platforms today, November 12th, at 6 PM. This release marks his first new work in approximately nine months since his mini-album 'The Lovers Note' was released in February.
The album includes two tracks: the title song 'Hello, Goodbye.' and 'My Little Town.' These songs explore complex emotions and stories stemming from relationships with others and inner conflicts, delivered in Hong Isaac's unique and straightforward style.
The title track 'Hello, Goodbye.' conveys a heartfelt greeting to all past connections. It features a warm yet sophisticated sound with acoustic guitar and piano, complemented by pluck-style synth sounds and electric guitar. Hong Isaac's relaxed and warm vocals express a mix of regret, longing, and gratitude.
The track 'My Little Town' uses the metaphor of a 'town' to describe one's heart. It builds to a climax with layered sounds of nylon guitar, lap steel guitar, and more. The lyrics, "Ultimately, what's important is how you live there," reflect the process of understanding and accepting one's imperfect self.
Hong Isaac rose to fame in January last year by showcasing a limitless range of musical styles and winning the final title on JTBC's 'Sing Again 3.'
