Kim Eui-young Tops Poll as Most Desired Female Trot Singer to Share Winter Delicacies With
From October 27 to November 2, TENASIA conducted a poll asking, 'Which female trot singer would you like to eat raw fish with this coming winter?'.
Kim Eui-young topped the list. She debuted as a trot singer after placing fifth on TV Chosun's 'Miss Trot 2' in 2020. In May, she released her fourth single album 'STARTrot PART.1', produced by Kim Hyung-seok. The title track, 'Do Whatever You Want(하고 싶은 거 다 해)', is an upbeat dance trot song that showcases Kim's bright and refreshing energy.
In second place is Eun Ga-eun. Eun Ga-eun and Park Hyun-ho are a couple with a five-year age difference, who first met on KBS2's 'Immortal Songs' and later became romantically involved. They began dating in March last year and got married after about a year. Last month, Eun Ga-eun announced her pregnancy on social media, six months after their wedding.
Singer Kim Da-hyun secured the third spot. On October 21, Kim Da-hyun was appointed as a promotional ambassador for Cheongdo County, Gyeongsangbuk-do, alongside her father, Kim Bong-gon. The appointment ceremony took place during the closing ceremony of the 'Cheongdo Persimmon Festival and World Comedy Art Festival'. Kim Bong-gon has long been dedicated to traditional etiquette education and the promotion of Korean studies, and in May, he donated 1 million won to his hometown.
