WEi Heightens Anticipation for 'Wonderland' Comeback with Emotional Trailer

WEi has stirred excitement for their comeback with an emotional trailer.

The group released the trailer for their 8th mini-album 'Wonderland' on their official YouTube channel at midnight on the 14th.

The trailer, which begins with a scene of a cassette tape playing, showcases WEi coming together for their fans even in moments of despair. The vintage mood of the video amplifies their emotional appeal, hinting at a deeper narrative in their upcoming release.

'Wonderland' marks WEi's return with a new album after approximately nine months. The album conveys their heartfelt dedication to their fans, known as RUi, by likening it to a 'Wonderland.' WEi invites RUi to experience the joy and happiness of being together without worries.

Kim Yo-han, who did not participate in WEi's album activities earlier this year due to his acting commitments, rejoins the group for this comeback. Previously, he debuted with X1 after winning first place on Mnet's 'Produce X 101' in 2019, but the group disbanded due to a controversy surrounding the show. Meanwhile, the youngest member, Kim Jun-seo, who placed 8th on Mnet's 'Boys Planet 2' last month, is set to re-debut with Alpha Drive One, a group planned by CJ ENM's subsidiary Wake One, and will not participate in this comeback.

WEi's 8th mini-album 'Wonderland' will be released on the 29th at 6 PM, followed by a showcase concert at 8 PM at the Yes24 Live Hall in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul.
