K-Pop Group TWS Becomes Official Supporters of South Korea's National Soccer Team

Pledis Entertainment announced on the 2nd that they have signed a partnership MOU with the Korea Football Association (KFA) to promote the global spread of Korean soccer and K-Culture ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup in North America. As part of this initiative, TWS members Shin Yu, Do Hoon, Young Jae, Han Jin, Ji Hoon, and Kyung Min have been appointed as official ambassadors for the KFA. They will actively collaborate on content and events to generate excitement leading up to the national team's World Cup participation.
TWS member Do Hoon expressed his excitement, stating, "Having played soccer since I was eight, it's an honor to serve as an ambassador for the Korea Football Association. As a fan of Korean soccer, I'm thrilled to support the team more closely through this opportunity. Let's work together for the advancement of Korean soccer. Go Korea!"
The group's first official engagement as ambassadors will be at an A-match. TWS is set to perform during halftime at the 'Hana Bank Invitational Soccer National Team Friendly Match' against Brazil on the 10th at Seoul World Cup Stadium in Mapo-gu, Seoul. Following this, the members plan to participate in various online and offline activities, acting as a bridge between the national team and its fans.
TWS, a six-member boy group, made a sensational debut last year, capturing widespread attention. Their debut track, 'Plot Twist,' topped the 2024 Melon annual chart, achieving phenomenal popularity.
Meanwhile, TWS is set to release their fourth mini-album 'play hard' on the 13th, marking the start of their new musical journey. The album will showcase the intense and passionate spirit of youth.
