KINO, Former Pentagon Member, Returns with New EP 'EVERYBODY'S GUILTY, BUT NO ONE'S TO BLAME'

According to KINO's independent label, NAKED, the artist will release his second EP, 'EVERYBODY'S GUILTY, BUT NO ONE'S TO BLAME,' on October 13. This marks his return to fans after approximately 1 year and 5 months. Leading up to the release, KINO has been building anticipation by unveiling a promotional timetable and album cover images on September 17 and 18.
This new release follows his first EP, 'If this is love, I want a refund,' which came out in May of last year. Since then, KINO has expanded his musical spectrum by releasing various digital singles across different genres, including 'Dancing On The Road,' 'Everglow,' and 'Skyfall.'
KINO's second EP, which has been in the works for a long time, explores themes of inner conflict and contradiction, encapsulating the concept of a 'truthful self' reborn within these struggles.
The album delves into familiar yet difficult-to-express emotions such as oppression, lack, longing, and frustration, presenting them through intimate and direct storytelling. Through this album, KINO acknowledges another side of his inner self and reveals himself in a new light. The album is not just an autobiographical confession but a bold statement of breaking conventions and setting new standards as a solo artist, raising fans' expectations.
KINO stated, "Showing 'honesty' to my 27-year-old self is a challenge and requires great courage," emphasizing the special message within the new album, which he describes as another side of himself and a confession.
After his activities with Pentagon, KINO established his independent label, NAKED, in October 2023, marking his official solo career. True to the label's name, which means 'unadorned and as it is,' he conveys authenticity and growth as a solo artist through his music and performances.
