Kim Jaejoong to Host the Grand Finale of 'Boys II Planet'

Kim Jaejoong, the singer and actor born in 1986, will lead the finale of 'Boys II Planet'. In 2019, Lee Dong-wook hosted 'Produce X 101', and in 2023, Hwang Min-hyun took on the role for the first season of 'Boys Planet'.

Mnet's 'Boys II Planet' announced that on Thursday, the 25th, at 8 PM, the finale will take place at the Paju CJ ENM Studio Center with star creators joining the event.

The final live broadcast, marking the culmination of a fierce journey, will be held at a large venue accommodating approximately 3,500 people. The stage will recreate the intense sun from this season's signal song 'Hola Solar', completing the last chapter of the 'Boys II Planet' universe with a grand set. The presence of star creators, known as 'the sun that will change the fate of the boys', adds significance to the event. Kim Jaejoong, who served as the chief master of 'Boys II Planet C', will host as the final Planet Master (MC), adding a special touch to the occasion.

Applications to attend the final are open until Sunday, the 14th. Mnet Plus is also hosting a 'Plus Alpha ZONE' event, offering fans the chance to see their favorites up close. As this marks the historic debut of the official 2025 Planet K-POP boy group, high interest from global star creators is anticipated.

Ahead of the semifinals, only 16 out of the remaining 24 contestants will advance to the live final stage for the ultimate competition.
