KATSEYE Wins Push Performance of the Year at 2025 MTV VMAs

KATSEYE has taken home the Push Performance of the Year award at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards.

The ceremony, held at the UBS Arena in New York on the 7th, saw KATSEYE receive the coveted trophy for their performance of 'Touch.' The group also delivered a pre-show performance of 'Gnarly.'

KATSEYE triumphed over international artists such as Ayra Starr, Damiano David, Dasha, Gigi Perez, and Livingston. They were also nominated for Best Group.

In their acceptance speech, KATSEYE members expressed their gratitude, saying, "This is unbelievable. We are so thankful for this precious award. We've been through so much together as a group, and this feels like a reward for all of that. We'll take this as a sign to keep improving. Thank you so much, EYEKONS (our fandom)."

Streaming statistics were also revealed. 'Gabriela' surpassed 200 million streams on Spotify just 77 days after its release on June 20, setting a new personal record for the group. 'Touch' reached 200 million streams in 139 days and currently boasts over 430 million streams. 'Gnarly' exceeded 200 million streams in 113 days.
