Zerobaseone's Zhang Hao Captivates Fans with Viral Fancam and Variety Show Appearance

Zhang Hao of Zerobaseone has become the center of attention with his viral fancam. On the same day, he appeared as a guest on Netflix's 'Jangdo Baribari', showcasing his unique variety show skills, and also drew significant attention through a music show performance.

On September 6, a fancam from MBC's 'Show! Music Core' was uploaded to YouTube. Zerobaseone made their comeback with their first full-length album since debuting on September 1, and this week marks their first week of promotions. They performed the title track 'ICONIK' along with the track 'Lovesick Game'.

The members appeared in matching all-white suits. 'Lovesick Game' is a song that stands out with its sexy vibe and chair choreography. Zhang Hao, the group's center, debuted as the first-ever winner of Mnet's 'Boys Planet' two years ago, holding a unique title in the history of Korean idol auditions. He is immensely popular both domestically and internationally, and he captivated the audience by opening the performance.

However, a minor incident occurred during the performance. Zhang Hao appeared with his buttons fastened, but midway through, his shirt became unbuttoned, revealing his upper body. Although momentarily flustered, he continued the performance with poise, even covering up with his hand or smiling, which elicited an explosive reaction from fans.

The fancam quickly spread through online communities, becoming a hot topic. As of 10 AM on September 7, less than a day after its release, the fancam views for the members ranged from a minimum of 2.7k to a maximum of 5.3k. In contrast, Zhang Hao's video recorded 85k views, showing an overwhelming difference, approximately 31.5 times higher.

Comments on the video included, "I came after hearing the rumors," "It's amazing to surpass 10k views," "His expressions are the killing point," and "Truly MBC's son." On the same day, he showcased his cute and honest charm on 'Jangdo Baribari', demonstrating his variety show skills, and reaffirmed his presence as a performer on the music show, proving his strong appeal once again.
