Roy Kim Parts Ways with Wake One After 12 Years

Roy Kim has ended his 12-year journey with Wake One Entertainment.

On the 7th, Wake One announced on its official website, "We would like to inform you that our exclusive contract with artist Roy Kim has ended."

The statement continued, "After extensive discussions, we have mutually agreed to respect each other's opinions and conclude the exclusive contract. We sincerely thank Roy Kim for sharing his wonderful music with us over the past decade."

Wake One added, "We will always support the music and future endeavors of artist Roy Kim. We ask for the unwavering love and warm interest of fans as Roy Kim embarks on a new beginning."

Roy Kim rose to fame in 2012 after appearing on Mnet's 'Superstar K4'. During his time with Wake One, he released hit songs such as 'Spring Spring Spring' and 'Only Then'.
