On July 28, FNC Entertainment unveiled the plan poster for AMPERS&ONE's third mini-album 'LOUD & PROUD' via their official social media channels, signaling the start of their comeback preparations.

According to the plan poster, AMPERS&ONE will release a series of content starting with concept photos on July 29, followed by a tracklist, lyric poster, highlight medley, and music video teaser. Additionally, a showcase to celebrate the album's release is scheduled for the comeback day, heightening anticipation.

AMPERS&ONE is set to make their return with the mini-album 'LOUD & PROUD' on August 12. This comeback marks approximately four months since their last release, the mini-album 'WILD & FREE' in April.
