Wendy, the talented singer, is making her much-anticipated return this September.

Her agency, Ascend, announced on the 24th, "Wendy will be making her comeback in September. As she is preparing for her solo return after a long time, we ask for your support and interest."

This comeback marks her first new release in approximately 18 months since her mini-album 'Wish You Hell' in March last year. Fans are particularly excited as this will be her first release under her new contract with Ascend.

In addition to her music career, Wendy has been shining as a versatile entertainer, appearing on various shows from variety programs to radio. She received praise for her flawless live performances on KBS2's music variety show 'Bangpan Music: Anywhere' and showcased her hosting skills on the YouTube content 'Today is Wendy.'

Wendy debuted in 2014 as a member of SM Entertainment's girl group Red Velvet, releasing hit songs like 'Ice Cream Cake,' 'Red Flavor,' 'Psycho,' and 'Cosmic.'
