TWICE Celebrates 10th Anniversary with New Album 'THIS IS FOR' and Upcoming World Tour

K-pop sensation TWICE is set to release their new full-length album and title track 'THIS IS FOR' on July 11 at 1 PM.

Debuting on October 20, 2015, TWICE marks their 10th anniversary this year. From being a beloved girl group in South Korea to becoming a global stadium headliner, TWICE has solidified their status as an iconic K-pop group. With their fourth studio album 'THIS IS FOR', they aim to share joy with their fans and highlight their continuous growth.

The new album carries a broad message with tracks like 'THIS IS FOR YOU', 'THIS IS FOR ONCE', and 'THIS IS FOR EVERYONE', offering music for everyone and themselves. Through JYP Entertainment, the members expressed, "This album is our first full-length release in 3 years and 8 months. It's a project prepared with love for our fans, ONCE, who have supported us for the past decade. We wanted to create music that reflects our growth and is worthy of our 10th anniversary."

As teasers were unveiled, global fans expressed excitement. "We maintained TWICE's unique color while incorporating fresh and diverse charms. We experimented with unit song combinations and concept photos. This album is special to us, and we listened to each member's input during its creation. We are grateful for the positive reactions and thrilled that people recognize the endless charms we wish to showcase as TWICE," they shared.

The album includes 14 tracks, along with 9 solo lyric video content, their Japanese 6th album, various collaborations, and OSTs, expanding their musical reach. Known affectionately as 'Sowice' for their hardworking nature, the members expressed gratitude to their fans, saying, "ONCE is our biggest motivation." They added, "We've prepared a lot to enjoy this summer with ONCE. Alongside promoting 'THIS IS FOR', we will kick off our new world tour next week (July 19-20). This tour will feature 360-degree performances at every venue, a first for us, and we are excited to deliver dynamic performances."

Notably, TWICE will headline the 'Lollapalooza Chicago' festival at Grant Park, Illinois, on August 2. "We are thrilled to perform at such a large festival and share our energy with the audience. We hope to impress those seeing TWICE for the first time with our lively songs," they hinted.

Recently, members Jeongyeon, Jihyo, and Chaeyoung contributed to the original soundtrack of Netflix's global animation 'KPop Demon Hunters' with the track 'TAKEDOWN'. They shared, "We've heard it's receiving a lot of love. Our song 'Strategy' is also featured in the film, and we hope it receives great support. Please also show interest in our fourth album 'THIS IS FOR' releasing today (July 11)."

TWICE will release their fourth studio album 'THIS IS FOR' and its title track at 1 PM today. They will make appearances on music shows starting with KBS 2TV's 'Music Bank' on the day of the comeback, followed by MBC's 'Show! Music Core' on July 12 and SBS's 'Inkigayo' on July 13.
