SHINee Honors Late Member Jonghyun with New Single 'Poet | Artist'

SHINee is set to make a poignant return with a new single crafted by their late member, Jonghyun.

On their debut anniversary, November 25th, SHINee will release the single 'Poet | Artist' across various music platforms. This release aims to showcase SHINee's evolution as 'artists.' The single includes the title track 'Poet | Artist' and the B-side 'Starlight.'

The title track 'Poet | Artist' is an electro-pop song featuring a vocal riff complemented by snappy snares and reggae rhythms. Jonghyun contributed to both the lyrics and composition. The song's lyrics encourage breaking boundaries and creating new experiences by applying poetic and artistic liberties to everyday life.

In June 2023, SHINee released their 8th studio album with the title track 'HARD,' demonstrating their unwavering commitment to their artistic vision. With this new single, celebrating their 17th anniversary, SHINee is set to reaffirm their presence in the music scene.

The single 'Poet | Artist' will also be available in physical format on November 26th.
