Emotional Oranges Release New Album 'Orenjii' with a Fusion of Korean and Japanese Influences

On October 16th, Emotional Oranges released their full-length album 'Orenjii' on various global music platforms. The album's title, 'Orenjii', means 'orange' in both Korean and Japanese, reflecting the duo's aim to blend different cultural influences into their music. The album incorporates elements from Korean and Japanese sounds and aesthetics, creating a dreamy R&B atmosphere.

In total, 'Orenjii' includes 11 diverse tracks, such as 'HOT OUTSIDE(ft. Anycia)', 'Only A Friend', 'Private Dancer Freestyle', and 'Out The Blue'. The album's quality is elevated by collaborations with global artists like NCT's JAEHYUN, Jessie Reyez, Becky G, Anycia, and Isaiah Falls.
The pre-released track 'Call It Off(ft. JAEHYUN)' blends Korean and Japanese sensibilities. Emotional Oranges' signature style, known for its smooth vocals and groovy sound, is complemented by JAEHYUN's soft and sophisticated voice, creating a unique charm. The track surpassed 1.6 million streams within days of release and was featured in Forbes, garnering significant attention.

The duo stated, "Our experiences in Seoul and Tokyo inspired the concept of this album. 'Orenjii' is a story of love for oneself and others. We wanted to create music that brings hope."
Emotional Oranges' album 'Orenjii' is available on global music platforms. They are set to perform tracks from the album live at Japan's 'Greenroom Festival' and Korea's 'Seoul Jazz Festival' in late May.
