MEOVV Makes a Comeback with Full Support from Producer Teddy

MEOVV, the girl group under the guidance of renowned producer Teddy, is making a highly anticipated comeback.

On the 12th, MEOVV held a showcase at the SBS Prism Tower in Sangam-dong, Seoul, to celebrate the release of their first EP, 'MY EYES OPEN VVIDE'.

MEOVV is the first girl group from The Black Label, led by Teddy. During the event, member Anna shared advice she received from Teddy, saying, "He told us to do as much as we want for good results when recording or shooting music videos. We are grateful for the many opportunities he has given us."

Teddy has been supportive of MEOVV since their trainee days, providing them with numerous opportunities. Member Gawon discussed the track 'LIT RIGHT NOW', saying, "It's a song I participated in writing during our trainee days, along with Narin and producer Teddy." She added, "I usually find it challenging to share ideas or write lyrics in front of others, but the comfortable atmosphere made it easier to take on the challenge."

The title track of the new album, 'DROP TOP', is a pop song infused with rock elements, starting with a calm mood and building up energetically. It portrays the journey of moving forward with one's unique perspective. Gawon contributed to the lyrics, enhancing the song's quality. The new EP includes a total of six tracks, featuring the title track and a pre-released single.

MEOVV's first EP, 'MY EYES OPEN VVIDE', will be released at 6 PM today.
