On the 11th, WOODZ's 'Drowning' was nominated for first place on SBS's 'Inkigayo.' Despite not appearing on the broadcast, he secured the trophy with a total score of 5179 points.
Through his agency, EDAM Entertainment, WOODZ expressed his gratitude, saying, "I am sincerely thankful to all the fans who continuously shower me with endless love. Realizing that such thrilling moments are coming my way, I am determined to work harder and enjoy my activities even more. This is all thanks to those who believe in and support me. I am deeply grateful once again for gifting me such wonderful moments."

'Drowning' is a track from WOODZ's mini-album 'OO-LI,' released in April 2023. Amidst a resurgence that began in October last year, the song recently topped the Melon Top 100 chart and dominated various music charts. Notably, the performance of 'Drowning' in military uniform during the KBS2 'Immortal Songs' Armed Forces Day special has surpassed 12.9 million views on YouTube.
Currently serving in the Army Band, WOODZ is set to be discharged on July 21. Post-discharge, he plans to continue his active career, including performing at Japan's largest music festival, 'Summer Sonic 2025,' in August.
