Hong Isaac's Triumphant Return: A Spectacular Solo Concert After Three Years

From the 14th to the 16th, Hong Isaac held his 2025 concert 'THE LOVERS' at the Blue Square Mastercard Hall, meeting fans over three performances.
This concert was part of CJ Cultural Foundation's musician support program 'Tune Up'. Following his victory on 'Sing Again 3', Hong Isaac returned with a broader musical spectrum for this solo concert. He filled the approximately 130-minute runtime with a diverse selection of songs and his unique emotional style, perfectly suited for the warm season. The concert's quality was further enhanced by the sophisticated stage lighting and the band's precise performance.
Hong Isaac opened the concert with his self-composed hit 'The Boy in My Memory' and his debut song 'Spring', captivating the audience with his warm emotions that matched the approaching spring.
Greeting the audience warmly, he performed 'aewol' from his mini-album 'The Lovers Note', released in February, for the first time live, receiving an enthusiastic response. He followed with 'Forest', creating a peaceful atmosphere.
With extensive experience in drama OSTs, he continued with performances of 'I Think I Know' and 'Kiss me Kiss me', and recreated 'Waiting' from 'Sing Again 3'.
In performances of 'Because I Love', the title track 'I Will Only Love You' from his new mini-album, he captivated the audience with his soft voice and storytelling style. After 'a bird' and 'Even If I Know Nothing Now', he surprised fans with an unreleased song, sharing a snippet of a piece he worked on during his time at Berklee College of Music.
The concert continued with OSTs like 'Youth' from 'Love Trilogy', 'Dragonfly Eraser' from the film 'Days We Met Again', the new song 'Adult Child', 'PAIN' from the drama 'Happiness', and 'ROYALS' from 'Superband', showcasing his diverse charm.
Hong Isaac also performed various songs, including covers like 'I Love You', 'pages', 'The Earth Revolves Around the Sun Four Times', and 'Like a Star'. He shared, “While preparing this album, I realized that instead of waiting for someone to fill me, I should seek out the emotion of love myself. Your presence here gives me greater courage.”
For the final songs, he performed the pre-released track 'Lovers' and 'In The Stars' from his new mini-album, showcasing his deepened musical color. Even after the concert ended, the audience called for an encore with enthusiastic cheers.
Returning to the stage with the band's grand performance, Hong Isaac concluded with encore songs 'Even If Time Passes' and 'With You'. He expressed, “The more I perform, the more I realize I can't complete it alone,” introducing each band member who shared the stage with him.
Finally, Hong Isaac captured the moment with a commemorative photo with the audience, expressing heartfelt gratitude, “It was wonderful to meet you on this warm spring day. Thank you for coming again.” He concluded with the ending song 'I Will Be Here', leaving a touching finale.
In January last year, Hong Isaac showcased his limitless musical styles on JTBC's 'Sing Again 3', emerging as the final winner. Since then, he has been active in various fields, including single releases, broadcasts, performances, and OST participation, earning the love of many music fans. In February, he released a new mini-album 'The Lovers Note', which deeply resonated with audiences by capturing the various facets of love.
