Melomance's Jeong Dong-hwan Appointed as Full-Time Professor at Seokyeong University
Jeong Dong-hwan, a member of the male duo Melomance and a singer-pianist, has been appointed as a full-time professor at Seokyeong University.

According to his agency, Abyss Company, Jeong Dong-hwan has been appointed as a full-time professor in the Department of Practical Music at Seokyeong University.

Jeong has been teaching as an instructor since 2020, bringing a wealth of experience to his new role. As a full-time professor, he plans to offer more in-depth and systematic lectures, drawing from his diverse field experiences, covering not only the existing curriculum but also the entire process of K-POP production.

The Department of Practical Music at Seokyeong University, where Jeong has been appointed, boasts a faculty of renowned Korean musicians, including department head Jang Woong-sang, Kang Hwa-sung, and Song Sung-kyung.

Jeong expressed his aspirations, stating, "I will do my best to guide students by learning from the teachings of excellent professors." He added, "I am committed to discovering and nurturing outstanding junior singers."

Jeong Dong-hwan debuted in 2015 with the male duo Melomance and has received immense love for hit songs like 'Gift,' 'I Think It's Love,' and 'Confession.' He has been recognized for his emotional performances and composition skills and continues to pursue various solo activities, including releasing solo albums and working as a music director.
