MEOVV's Suin Takes on Special MC Role on 'M Countdown'

Suin, a member of the group MEOVV, will step in as a special MC for 'M Countdown'.

According to The Black Label, Suin will join the regular MC, Zerobaseone's Sung Han-bin, on the Mnet show airing at 6 PM on the 20th. This marks Suin's first venture into music show hosting, generating excitement as she is known for her bright and bubbly personality, contrasting with her powerful stage presence. MEOVV made a rapid comeback with their second single 'TOXIC' released on November 18 last year, just two months after their previous release. The group has been actively promoting and even performed at the '2024 MAMA AWARDS' held at Kyocera Dome in Osaka, Japan, on November 23, where they won the 'Favorite Rising Artist' award, marking their first award show win.

Additionally, through their first original content 'Catch Meovv', the group has showcased not only their glamorous stage presence but also their youthful and innocent daily lives, revealing a new side to their charm.

Meanwhile, Eina, a member of SM Entertainment's new girl group Hearts2Hearts, has been selected as an MC for MBC's music show 'Show! Music Core', alongside Zerobaseone's Kim Kyu-bin and Tours' Do-hoon. However, some have raised concerns about fairness, as Eina has not yet debuted. Critics argue that it may be premature for an undeveloped member to host a music show featuring established senior groups.
