NewJeans' Danielle Supports Sister Olivia Marsh at Her Debut Listening Party

NewJeans member Danielle made a surprise appearance to support her sister, singer-songwriter Olivia Marsh, at her debut listening party.

Olivia Marsh held her first EP 'Meanwhile' listening party on the 12th at Club On Air in Hongdae, Seoul. She opened the event with performances of 'Waterworks' and 'Pina Colada,' captivating the audience with her smooth vocals. The energy escalated with her renditions of 'Heaven' and '42.'

Marsh then performed the double title tracks of her EP, 'Strategy' and 'Backseat,' showcasing her versatility and charm, especially with the rap part in 'Strategy.'

Danielle surprised attendees by joining her sister on stage, where they performed NewJeans' hit 'Ditto.' The emotional moment saw Olivia Marsh tear up, prompting Danielle to humorously tell her, "Stop crying." The sisters also debuted an unreleased track, 'Interstella,' which Danielle described as a meaningful and special collaboration between them.

In related news, NewJeans has announced a rebranding to NJZ, signaling a new direction for the group. They are set to make a comeback on the 23rd of next month, with concept photos already being shared on social media. Meanwhile, Olivia Marsh is scheduled to meet her fans in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on the 16th and in Bangkok, Thailand, on the 21st.
