SEVENTEEN's The8 to Release First Chinese EP 'STARDUST' in December

SEVENTEEN member The8 is set to release his first Chinese EP, 'STARDUST', on December 4.

On November 21, The8 shared the promotional schedule for 'STARDUST' on SEVENTEEN's official social media channels. According to the schedule, the tracklist will be revealed on November 23, followed by concept photos on November 24 and 26. Teaser videos will be released on December 2 and 3. After the EP's release, a performance video will be unveiled on December 6, and visualizers on December 7 and 8.

Previously, The8 sparked curiosity by posting a photo with the word 'STARDUST' on social media. The unique atmosphere captured in the photo, along with the announcement of his new release, has heightened fans' anticipation for The8's distinctive musical style.

Debuting with SEVENTEEN in 2015, The8 has showcased a wide musical range through group albums and Chinese digital singles such as 'Dreams Come True', '那幕 (Falling Down)', 'Side By Side', and '海城 (Hai Cheng)'. He has also demonstrated his singer-songwriter skills by contributing to the writing and composing of solo and group tracks.

Fans are eager to see what choreography The8 will present with his new music. As a member of SEVENTEEN's performance unit, he has previously impressed audiences with modern dance in YouTube content series and breakdancing in various entertainment shows and performances.

Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN will release their fourth Japanese single, 'Shohikigen', on November 27 and embark on a dome tour in Japan. On December 1 (local time), they are scheduled to appear on ABC's 'The Wonderful World of Disney: Holiday Spectacular', performing 'Santa Claus Is Coming to Town'.
