Min Hee-jin, former CEO of ADOR, has announced her resignation and unfollowed NewJeans' official Instagram account, while NewJeans continues to follow her account.

On the 21st, a personal photo of Hae-rin was uploaded to NewJeans' official Instagram, following Min Hee-jin's resignation announcement on the 20th. The photo features Hae-rin wearing a quirky knit hat and trendy glasses, taking a selfie with a blank expression, capturing attention.

Previously, on the 20th, Min Hee-jin announced her resignation and unfollowed NewJeans' official Instagram account. She also removed the ADOR link from her profile and unfollowed ADOR's official Instagram. Her Instagram following list is currently empty.

This move has sparked various interpretations in the entertainment industry. Some speculate that her departure from HYBE-ADOR signifies a severance of ties with her personal account. Since NewJeans is ADOR's intellectual property (IP), it is seen as a decision to no longer follow the NewJeans account, separate from her affection for the current members.

There is also speculation that Min Hee-jin might create a new group under a different name. This is fueled by her resignation announcement, where she expressed hopes for interest in her "new K-pop journey."

This could be interpreted as an intention to work with the current NewJeans members under a new name. If Min Hee-jin indeed forms a new group and the current NewJeans members terminate their contracts with ADOR, it could lead to allegations of tampering.

Meanwhile, Min Hee-jin posted messages like "resignation" and "Free" following her announcement. In response, ADOR stated, "We regret Min Hee-jin's unilateral resignation notice," and assured, "We will do our best to support NewJeans' growth and development."
