IVE's Jang Wonyoung Mimics Outfit of Legal Opponent, Sparks Online Buzz
IVE member Jang Wonyoung has recently made headlines by mimicking the outfit of her legal opponent, Talducksooyongso.

On the 24th, an online community post titled 'The Composure of a Winner: Jang Wonyoung's Mental Fortitude' claimed that Jang Wonyoung wore an outfit identical to what Talducksooyongso wore during a police investigation.

Jang Wonyoung was seen at the airport wearing a pink t-shirt and a white frilled skirt, an outfit strikingly similar to what Talducksooyongso wore to court. Given that Jang Wonyoung is currently embroiled in a legal battle with Talducksooyongso, this move is interpreted as a direct jab at her opponent. Fans of Jang Wonyoung have praised her elegant yet pointed fashion statement, calling it a 'legendary airport fashion moment.'

Talducksooyongso is a YouTube channel known for spreading false news and defamation against not only Jang Wonyoung but also BTS members V and Jungkook, and singer Kang Daniel. The channel has faced multiple lawsuits from these celebrities.

On January 21, Jang Wonyoung won a 100 million KRW damages lawsuit against Talducksooyongso's operator, Mr. Park. Since November 2022, Jang Wonyoung and her agency, Starship Entertainment, have been pursuing both civil and criminal lawsuits, as well as international litigation, against Talducksooyongso. They aim to set a strong precedent against cyber defamation.

Mr. Park, who lost the case, has appealed the decision and filed for a stay of execution, arguing that the 100 million KRW compensation is excessive. He continues to claim innocence, but Starship Entertainment has stated, 'We are committed to holding him accountable both civilly and criminally and will take all possible legal actions without settlement for any further defamation or damages.'

According to the prosecution, Mr. Park has earned approximately 250 million KRW in profits over two years since June 2021. The second trial is currently underway.
