Blackpink Jisoo, ‘FLOWER’ music video exceeds 400 million views

According to YG Entertainment on the 4th, Jisoo's 'FLOWER' music video exceeded 400 million views on YouTube at 3:55 PM the previous day. Approximately 186 days after being released on March 31st, the team became the 18th video to reach 400 million views.
This music video drew a warm response due to the combination of visual beauty reminiscent of a movie, Jisoo's ability to digest various concepts, and a performance that maximized the song's theme. Thanks to its overwhelming popularity, it went straight to number one on YouTube's Worldwide Trending chart as soon as it was released, reaching 100 million views in just 7 days.
Jisoo's first solo album [ME] title song 'FLOWER' has achieved remarkable results on various global charts. It ranked first on the iTunes Top Songs chart in 64 countries, including the United States, and ranked second on the U.S. Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl. US charts.
In addition, she set a new record for a K-pop female solo artist by ranking 6th on Spotify's Daily Top Song Global Chart, 38th on the UK's Official Singles Top 100 Chart, and exceeding 100 million streams on Spotify in just 32 days. [ME], which includes this song, sold 1,172,351 copies in just one week, becoming the first K-pop female solo artist album to become a 'Million Seller'.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK, to which Jisoo belongs, recently successfully completed the largest world tour by a K-pop girl group, ‘BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [BORN PINK]’, which mobilized over 1.8 million people.
