Soopbyeoljeonga, new crossover song ‘Star’s Song’ released on the 18th

Actress-turned-crossover singer Supbyeol Jeong-ah (real name Kim Jeong-ah) begins her first activity in the new year of 2023 with the new song ‘Star Song’.



'Song of the Stars', released 6 years after the release of the CCM album in 2017, is a song that harmonizes the mournful sound of the daegeum heard in the introduction with a clean and clear melody.



'A quiet night sky full of stars / pouring down on me as if it were your love... … Like the lyrics of the song, “The sound of your love becomes a song of the stars / Together in another life,” the feeling of love becomes “a lighthouse in the sea of life” and “each other’s twinkling stars,” providing comfort and hope for life through music. It is in line with Soopbyeol Jeong-ah's dream of singing.



The new song was completed by writing the lyrics directly to a song given to me by composer Lee Hyun, who I am close with when I was immersed in the music of the crossover group Forestella. Soopbyeol Jeong-ah, who showed her skills as a singer-songwriter, expressed her feelings about the release of the music source, saying, “I want to give comfort to someone, and I would be very grateful and happy if my song could give someone a hug.”



Soopbyeol Jeong-ah, who has been performing on the live stage centering on Misari for a long time, has been recognized as a talented singer by participating in and winning numerous contests, including the gold medal at the 2020 SCU Song Festival.



Soopbyeoljeonga's new single 'Song of the Stars' will be released on the domestic music platform at noon on the 18th.
