On April 2, 2021, a video was posted on Lim Young-woong's official YouTube channel 'Lim Young-woong' under the title 'Lim Young-woong [Q] Call Center of Love (ENG)'.

In the video, Lim Young-woong is seen singing passionately to the song 'Q' on TV Chosun's entertainment show 'We will sing your requested song - Call Center of Love'. His voice moistened the emotions of those who listened.

Meanwhile, Lim Young-woong once again proved that he is the best singer by winning the Popularity Award and Main Award at the Seoul Music Awards on the 19th.
