Nmix, a meaningful meeting with a domestic patient dreaming of becoming an idol
JYP Entertainment (hereinafter referred to as JYP) and NMIXX (Nmix) together supported the shining dreams of domestic patients.

JYP is carrying out its representative CSR activity, 'EDM (Every Dream Matters!)'. In particular, in June 2019, we signed a social contribution business MOU with Make-A-Wish Korea and are participating in a project to fulfill the wishes of children with incurable diseases by providing emotional support. Recently, a domestic patient shared a wish he wanted to fulfill with JYP artist NMIXX, and NMIXX responded and gave him a special memory.

Yebin Cho (10 years old) is continuing maintenance treatment after being diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Yebin Cho said that she had the dream of becoming a K-pop artist 'idol' while watching the colorful performances on stage of NMIXX's debut song 'OO'. The wish to meet NMIXX, who had been a great help during his illness, was conveyed to JYP through the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and the miraculous meeting with NMIXX came true.

NMIXX filmed the 'Roller Coaster' and 'Young, Dumb, Stupid' challenge videos with Cho Ye-bin, who loves dancing, and choreographed the 'Party O'Clock' dance. I had a meaningful time telling the story directly. In addition, an unforgettable wish day was held by recording and delivering an autographed album and a one-of-a-kind alarm bell for Yebin Cho.

Yebin Cho expressed her gratitude, saying, "It was a fun and exciting day. NMIXX's words of support remain deep in my heart, saying, 'You can have confidence and work hard like you do now, no matter what you do.' Cho Ye-bin's parents said, "Ever since my child had a dream of becoming an 'idol,' I have received positive energy from watching NMIXX's stage. It has been a great help in gaining strength and recovering my health. JYP and Make-A-Wish have helped my child regain strength. “Thank you for creating a meaningful time for me,” he said.

NMIXX said, "Despite the difficult times, we were happier and more delighted to see Yebin dancing the dance she loved and moving toward her dreams. It was an honor for Yebin to be with NMIXX as it was her precious wish, and this moment was something she will remember for the rest of her life. “I think she will remain in the show. I want to say once again that NMIXX is always supporting Yebin,” he said sincerely.

JYP, starting with Park Jin-young's activities where he personally met a child suffering from leukemia and taught dance and singing lessons, is spreading good influence by actively participating in activities to fulfill the wishes of children suffering from incurable diseases along with the company's artists. JYP artists are working hard to meet children and make their dreams come true, and in the first half of 2023, Stray Kids met five overseas patients non-face-to-face and shared hope and courage.

Meanwhile, NMIXX held 'NMIXX THE 1ST FAN CONCERT 'NMIXX CHANGE UP: MIXX UNIVERSITY'' on the 7th and 8th of this month at Jangchung Gymnasium in Jung-gu, Seoul, and the audience communicated with. The group expanded its global presence by successfully completing its first solo showcase tour, 'NICE TO MIXX YOU', with 14 shows in 13 overseas regions from May to June. Subsequently, in August, the music video for the second single title song 'DICE' exceeded 100 million views on YouTube, and the group is continuing its global activity by putting two music videos in the hundreds of millions of views following 'OO'.
