BTS V, 120-minute sweet picnic with 1400 ARMYs

Group BTS's V had a beautiful picnic-like time with his fans.

According to his agency Big Hit Music on the 15th, V held a fan meeting 'VICNIC' at the open-air theater of Kyunghee University's International Campus, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do on the 14th and met with about 1,400 fans.

V planned a variety of programs to share precious memories with fans, and the fan meeting, which lasted about 120 minutes, was full of laughter and cheers from start to finish. 'Vicnic' is a compound word of V's name and 'PICNIC', and is a title given in accordance with V's wish to have a picnic-like time with his fans.

V announced the start of the fan meeting by reciting an oath to enjoy happily. The first corner is a time to watch the music video of a song from his solo album 'Layover', released on the 8th of last month, and solve a quiz. V watched the music videos of 'Love Me Again', 'Blue', and 'For Us' in order. Afterwards, he added, "'Love Me Again' is the first music video released, so I feel attached to it, and it's a video that I like in terms of its image," and added the story behind each music video, providing unique fun.

In the 'Mini Sports Festival' concept corner that followed, some fans and V were divided into 'ARMY Team' and 'BTS Team' respectively and played games such as table tennis, abbreviation quiz, random play challenge, and 'Speak with your body'. When BTS Jimin appeared as a surprise guest as V's teammate, fans erupted in loud cheers.

V and Jimin made everyone laugh with their strange answers in the abbreviation quiz, and they heated up the atmosphere by dancing with fans in the random play challenge. V and Jimin gave fans a special gift by singing the duet song 'Friend' on the spot.

In addition, V prepared the stage for the title song 'Slow Dancing' and the b-side song 'For Us' from his solo album, instantly creating a mini-concert-like atmosphere. V, who built new memories by communicating closely with fans, such as taking pictures together under the stage, concluded the fan meeting by saying sincerely, "I wanted to spend a day where we could laugh, talk, and have fun together. I missed you. Thank you."
