BTS' 'Boy With Luv' music video recorded 1.7 billion views
The music video for the title song "Boy With Luv" in the mini-album "MAP OF THE SOUL: PERSONA" released on April 12, 2019 by BTS has surpassed 1.7 billion views on YouTube around 8:18 pm on the 21st. With this, BTS has the second music video with 1.7 billion views after 'Dynamite'.
'A Poetry for Small Things' is a funk pop genre song that advocates a kitschy sound, and contains the contents of 'interest and love for you, the joy of small and simple love'. Here, popular American singer Halsey is featured, making the song even more colorful.
Immediately after its release, the song entered the US Billboard's main song chart 'Hot 100' (as of April 27, 2019) at number 8, and then charted for 8 consecutive weeks. On Spotify, the world's largest streaming platform, it is the first Korean song to exceed 1 billion plays (as of February 2023), and has been steadily loved so far.
