'National group' Koyote returned to the public after 8 months. As much as they have entertained the public's ears for 25 years, this time, they performed a cool new song 'Wind' to welcome the summer.

On the 12th, a showcase commemorating the release of Koyote's 'Wind' was held at Ilji Art Hall in Cheongdam-dong, Seoul.

The new song 'Wind', released at noon on the 12th, is a song that the composition team Acropunch came together with the slogan "Let's make the most Koyote-like music", and is characterized by an exciting electronic dance rhythm and Koyote's cool voice.

It's a comeback after about 8 months since the release of 'GO' in 2022. When asked how he felt about his comeback, Kim Jong-min said, "I've been a leader for 25 years. Every time I come out, I feel relieved, saying, 'I was able to come out this year.' Next, Kim Jong-min showed a confident appearance, saying, "I think it's a coyote-like song. As soon as I heard the hook's 'Tralalala', I felt it."

When asked if there was a secret to his ever-increasing vocal skills, Kim Jong-min said, "I take vocal lessons on YouTube. There are also many younger siblings who sing ballads well. I learn little by little if I give them assignments like homework." He replied and laughed.

Shinji expressed surprise, "(Jongmin) oppa is good at absorbing power. He absorbs it right away even though he tells us briefly in the recording studio."

The location where the music video was shot for this new song was also unique. Baekga currently runs a cafe in Jeju Island. In response, Baekga laughed when he replied, "I filmed the music video at a cafe in Jeju Island. It was easy to coordinate the location. Almost everything was mine."

When asked about the secret to continuing without disbanding for 25 years, Baekga expressed her sincerity, "It's concession and peace. The members care and love each other a lot. I'm sincere. I love the members."

Shinji said, "I can't believe it's the 25th anniversary. Sometimes, when there are comments on social media saying that it's good to grow old like Koyote, I feel like I'm growing old like the fans. The people around me helped me so much that I wondered how the 25 years have passed. At the age of 18, I have lived longer as 'Shinji' than my real name 'Lee Ji-sun'. It's touching and emotional."

Kim Jong-min said, "I think a lot about health these days. I thought I should do a lot of strength training from my 40s, so I'm focusing on strength training and aerobic exercise these days." Shinji replied, "If I do more here, I'll fight? I stop talking when I think about it. I started Pilates in January. It not only improves my body, but also helps me mentally."

Shinji continued, "I want to do it until all three of us reach our 60th birthday. I want to gather together and do music activities without disbanding. As time goes by, I was worried that 'would you come to see us?' I also feel like I want to be 'tight'," he laughed.

As they have been active for 25 years, they are still worried about whether they can work for the MZ generation.

In response, Kim Jong-min said, “The MZ generation said that they cried when they heard the song. I am doing it," he replied.

He added, "TikTok is like that, and I'm trying to be exposed where the MZ generation can see a lot." Shinji said, "We also have a challenge. Are there any juniors who would like to ask for a challenge?" and Kim Jong-min said, "Wei's Daehyun texted me. He said that his activities are ending this week, so I want to take a challenge together." Showed affection.
