'The King and the Man' Surpasses 6 Million Viewers in Record Time
The film 'The King and the Man' directed by Jang Hang-jun has surpassed 6 million viewers.

According to the Korean Film Council's integrated computer network for movie tickets, 'The King and the Man,' which was released on the 4th, exceeded 6 million cumulative viewers as of yesterday.

This achievement was reached on the 20th day since its release, outpacing the speed of films like 'The King and the Clown' (29 days) and 'The Throne' (26 days).

'The King and the Man' is a dramatization of historical records, depicting the story of village chief Eom Heung-do (played by Yoo Hae-jin), who volunteers for exile to revive his village in 1457, and the young exiled former king Danjong Lee Hong-wi (played by Park Ji-hoon).
