Jeon Jong-seo Joins 'Project Y' to Collaborate with Han So-hee
On the 8th, a press conference for the movie 'Project Y' was held at Lotte Cinema World Tower in Songpa-gu, Seoul. The event was attended by director Lee Hwan and actors Han So-hee, Jeon Jong-seo, Kim Shin-rok, Jung Young-joo, Lee Jae-kyun, Yoo Ah, and Kim Sung-cheol.
'Project Y' tells the story of Mi-seon and Do-kyung, who, while dreaming of a different tomorrow in the heart of a bustling city, find themselves at the edge of their lives, stealing black money and gold bars.
Han So-hee plays the role of Mi-seon, who loses everything due to an unexpected incident just before taking over a flower shop. Jeon Jong-seo portrays Do-kyung, who has been making a living as a private taxi driver.
Jeon Jong-seo expressed, "The biggest attraction was the buddy film aspect. I felt there were many hidden charms beyond what was written in the script, and I thought I could discover and express them."
When asked about memorable scenes, she said, "As an actor who is constantly challenging myself, participating in 'Project Y' was significant for me. Every scene with So-hee is memorable. Scenes with senior and fellow actors also stand out. There are feelings of regret and ambition. It was a film made with earnestness during a difficult time to shoot movies, on cold days, so there isn't a scene that doesn't stay with me."
'Project Y' is set to be released on the 21st.
