Ryu Seung-wan's New Film 'Humint' Set for February 2026 Release with First Posters and Teaser
'Humint' tells the story of individuals clashing with different objectives. The first poster features NIS black agent Jo Gwang-jang (played by Jo In-sung) tracking international crime, North Korean security officer Park Geon (Park Jung-min) dispatched to Vladivostok, North Korean Consul General Hwang Chi-seong (Park Hae-joon) wary of Park Geon's presence, and North Korean restaurant worker Chae Seon-hwa (Shin Se-kyung) who connects with Jo Gwang-jang. The combination of these four actors suggests an intense narrative set against the cold backdrop of Vladivostok.
'Humint' is the third installment in Ryu Seung-wan's overseas location trilogy following 'Berlin' and 'Escape from Mogadishu,' capturing the unique scenery of Vladivostok through its Latvia location. With the synergy of captivating actors like Jo In-sung, Park Jung-min, Park Hae-joon, and Shin Se-kyung, the film is set to captivate audiences as it kicks off 2026.
