The Academy Awards will be broadcast live exclusively on OCN.

OCN will exclusively broadcast the '96th Academy Awards' live in Korea, which will be held at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood, LA at 8 am on March 11th (7 pm on the 10th, local time).

At this year's Academy Awards, the hit film 'Fast Lives', directed by Celine Song and starring Teo Yoo, is attracting attention as it is nominated for the main award, Best Picture, as well as Best Original Screenplay. 'Fast Lives' is a work jointly invested and distributed by CJ ENM and American Hollywood studio A24, and following 'Parasite', attention is focused on whether domestic productions will receive awards. Director Celine Song is known as a Korean-Canadian and the daughter of director Song Neung-han, who directed the films 'Number 3' and 'At the End of the Century.'

Director Christopher Nolan's 'Oppenheimer' was the most nominated film with a total of 13 nominations, including Best Picture, followed by 'Poor Things' with 11 nominations, and Martin Scorsese's 'Flower Killing Moon', Cannes International Film Festival. Prominent works such as 'Anatomy of the Fall', which won the Palme d'Or, Hayao Miyazaki's 'How Will You Live', which caused a domestic box office sensation, and Disney/Pixar's 'Elemental' are competing.

Continuing from last year, this year's Academy Awards will be hosted by American comedian Jimmy Kimmel. OCN's exclusive live broadcast will be narrated and hosted by film critic Lee Dong-jin, pop columnist Kim Tae-hoon, and interpreter Ahn Hyun-mo, delivering on-site reactions and movie information.

The 96th Academy Awards will be broadcast live exclusively on OCN at 8 a.m. on March 11, and can also be watched live on the OCN channel in TVing.
