‘Godland’, a movie about the wonders of nature, will be released in Korea on February 28th.

The movie 'Godland' (directed by Hilnur Palmasson) has confirmed its release on February 28th.

'Godland' is a film about the journey of a young Danish Lutheran priest to Iceland in the late 19th century to build a church, and was directed by new director Hlynur Pálmason.

The trailer begins with a scene where Father Lucas receives instructions from the bishop before leaving for Iceland. As the bishop quietly explains how difficult the mission is, the priest arrives at the coast of Iceland by boat in inclement weather, then rides a horse across the plains, climbs cliffs, and crosses rivers as he struggles to reach his destination. The group's appearance is captured in a majestic background.

Foreign media also praised the film, calling it “an extraordinary film of breathtaking scale” (The Guardian) and “a masterpiece that captures the wonders of nature, primordial beauty, and human folly” (Los Angels Times).
