‘12.12: THE DAY’ ranked first for 13 consecutive days, likely to surpass 5 million today

The movie ‘12.12: THE DAY’ is about to surpass 5 million viewers.

According to the Korean Film Council's integrated computer network for movie theater admissions on the 5th, '12.12: THE DAY (directed by Kim Seong-su) on the 4th attracted 214,371 viewers, bringing the cumulative number of viewers to 4,869,449. ‘12.12: THE DAY’ has never missed the top spot at the box office since its release on the 22nd of last month.

Second place went to ‘Single in Seoul’ (directed by Park Beom-soo), which attracted 18,315 viewers and accumulated 243,829 viewers. ‘Monster’ (directed by Hirokazu Koreeda) ranked third, attracting 12,276 viewers, accumulating 130,079.

1st place ‘12.12: THE DAY’ has an overwhelming score and is likely to surpass 5 million today (5th). Although 'Single in Seoul' is in second place, it seems to be struggling very well. There is a big difference between ‘Spring in Seoul’ and other works.
