Japanese director Ryusuke Hamaguchi is visiting Korea for the domestic re-release of the movie 'Drive My Car'.

On the 27th, distributor Triple Pictures announced that director Ryusuke Hamaguchi is scheduled to visit Korea from December 21st to December 23rd. The visit marks the 2nd anniversary of the domestic release of ‘Drive My Car’. Director Ryusuke Hamaguchi plans to share the schedule with Korean actors Park Yu-rim, Jin Dae-yeon, and Ahn Hwi-tae, who appeared in 'Drive My Car.'

The movie 'Drive My Car' is the story of director and actor Kafuku (Hidetoshi Nishijima), who is hurt by his dead wife, and recovers his life by meeting his exclusive driver Misaki (Toko Miura). It is also a film adaptation of 'Drive My Car', which was included in novelist Haruki Murakami's short story collection 'Men Without Women' published in 2014.
