The main trailer for the Netflix movie ‘Jungi’ has been released.

On the 5th, Netflix released the main trailer for director Yeon Sang-ho's new film 'Jungi'. 'Jeong-i' is a science fiction film that tells the story of people who try to develop the best combat AI by cloning the brain of the legendary mercenary Jeong-i (played by Kim Hyun-joo) in order to end the war that broke out in the shelter where they migrated away from the ruined Earth due to rapid climate change.

The released main trailer begins by showing humanity leaving the ruined Earth in 2194 and finding new opportunities in a shelter built in space, but falling into the crisis of civil war again.

Next, the human side of Jeong-i (played by Kim Hyeon-joo), the elite leader of the Allied Forces, is shown as he greets his daughter before going on a combat mission, and the appearance of Jeong-i, who became a vegetative state due to an unexpected accident in battle, appears, signaling the beginning of the full-fledged narrative.

Jeongi, the legendary icon who led the Allied forces to victory in numerous operations during the civil war, is developed as AI through the brain cloning technology of the Cronoid Research Institute. The cloned combat mercenary AI Jeong fills the screen, and her panicked face as she sees her body transformed into a machine overwhelms the atmosphere as soon as she appears, increasing the level of immersion.

The copy, “Humanity’s best mercenary, weapon, and AI,” announces the birth of Jeongi, the best combat mercenary AI, perfectly cloned from tactics to combat skills, strong loyalty, and will. However, the image of Jeong-i quickly running away and the copy "Escape from humans" hint at a new development and raise expectations.

In addition, Sang-hoon (played by Gyeong-soo Ryu), head of the Cronoid Research Institute, who speeds up to make the project a success, and Seohyun (played by Soo-yeon Kang), the team leader who cannot hide her emotional agitation when she sees Jeong-i screaming, show what kind of story is hidden between them. It stimulates curiosity as to whether it will reach the end.

Meanwhile, 'Jeong-i' will be released on Netflix on the 20th.
