'Rebound' has been officially invited to the 25th Udine Far East Film Festival, which will be held from April 21st to 29th. The Far East Film Festival in Udine, Italy is Europe's largest film festival that introduces various Asian films to the world, with works such as 'Mogadishu', 'Miracle', 'Deliver Us from Evil', 'The Managers of Namsan', and 'Singularity'. Domestic films that hit two birds with one stone, commercial and commercial, have been invited.
'Rebound' has been officially invited as a candidate for the Audience Award, a competitive category, and is scheduled to meet European audiences at the World Festival Premiere. Attention is growing on whether the passion of the Busan Jungang High School basketball team in 2012 and the touching true story they brought out will be able to transcend national borders and move the hearts of prospective audiences around the world.
Sabrina Barazzetti, Executive Director of the Udine Far East Film Festival, said, "'Rebound' is a film based on a true story that embodies the essential and original spirit of sports and tells the story of a team learning to live with dignity and perseverance .It is deeply appealing and moving." He gave praise.
In addition, 'Rebound' is being pre-sold in various countries such as the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, and Singapore, attracting global interest even before its release.
'Rebound' depicts the miraculous story of the eight days in which the new coach and six players of the weakest basketball team that no one paid attention to ran tirelessly during the 2012 National High School Basketball Tournament.
