'Gil Bok-soon' Jeon Do-yeon "I decided on the project without reading the script"

Actress Jeon Do-yeon revealed that she decided to appear in 'Gil Bok-soon' before the script was even written.

On the morning of the 21st, a production briefing session for the Netflix movie 'Gil Bok-soon' (director Byun Seong-hyeon) was held at the InterContinental Parnas Grand Ballroom in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Actors Jeon Do-yeon, Sol Kyeong-gu, Kim Sia, Lee Som, and Koo Kyo-hwan as well as director Byun Seong-hyeon attended.

On this day, Jeon Do-yeon received an action genre movie proposal from director Byun Seong-hyun and said, "I want to try a variety of works, so I was happy when he made such an offer," but added, "I have never decided on a work without seeing the script, so I was happy, but I was skeptical." said.

After receiving the scenario, he added, "I was surprised because there was more action than I expected. I also had scary thoughts about whether I could do this well."

'Gil Bok-soon' is an action movie depicting the story of Gil Bok-soon, a legendary killer in the contract killing industry, who is caught up in an inevitable confrontation where he either dies or is killed, just before renewing his contract with the company. The character of Gil Bok-soon, a mother who raises people and a killer who kills people, is the highlight.

Released on Netflix on March 31st.
