IU, wasn’t it Passionless? Social life at full level

Singer and actress IU presents a realistic youth character through the movie 'Dream' (directed by Lee Byung-hun).

'Dream', in which IU appears, is the story of Hong Dae (played by Park Seo-joon), a clueless former soccer player, and So-min (played by IU), a passionless producer, who challenge an impossible dream with a ragtag group of homeless national team players.

IU will once again show off her irreplaceable charm as Passionless PD Somin in 'Dream'. IU showed off a strong acting transformation in the role of Jian, who faces harsh reality with her whole body in the drama 'My Mister'. He densely portrayed realistic youth with captivating eyes and intimate emotional acting.

Then, in the movie 'Broker', which was her first commercial film debut and was invited to the competition section of the Cannes International Film Festival, she played the role of So-young, a mother who does not know why she left her baby in a baby box or why she came back, and is a complex character who gradually achieves inner growth. He expressed the character in depth and revealed a strong presence.

IU, who has created her own character with such delicate acting skills, challenges a fresh transformation in 'Dream' as Somin, a passion-less, realistic documentary producer. IU, who plays the role of Somin, a producer who produces a documentary for the national homeless team, is expected to arouse strong sympathy by perfectly portraying a character who shows maximum efficiency in social life with minimal passion.

In addition, from the uncompromising tiki-taka chemistry with Park Seo-joon, who plays the role of Hongdae, the coach of the National Homeless Football World Cup team, to the quick-fire dialogue that makes you empathize with the reality of coach Lee Byung-hun, the play is energized with a unique charm that has never been seen before.
