'Dream' director Lee Byung-hun "A Korean film crisis relief pitcher?"

Director Lee Byung-hun hoped to contribute to the stagnant Korean film industry.

Director Lee was also worried about the deepening slump in Korean films. Director Lee Byung-hun, who attracted 16.26 million viewers with the movie 'Extreme Job', is making a big screen comeback with 'Dream' after about four years. 'Dream' is the story of Hong Dae (played by Park Seo-joon), a clueless former soccer player, and So-min (played by IU), a passionless producer, who attempt to achieve an impossible dream together with a ragtag group of homeless national team players. It is an adaptation of the true story of the 2010 Homeless World Cup, in which Korea participated for the first time. It will be released on the 26th.
