Actor Lee Jun-hyuk revealed the reason why he chose the movie 'Crime City 3'.

On the morning of the 9th, a production briefing session for the movie 'Crime City 3' (directed by Lee Sang-yong) was held at Megabox COEX in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Actors Ma Dong-seok, Lee Jun-hyuk, Aoki Munetaka, and director Lee Sang-yong attended the event.

'Crime City 3' follows monster detective Ma Seok-do (played by Ma Dong-seok), who moves to Gwangsu University in Seoul and catches Joo Seong-cheol (played by Lee Jun-hyuk), the mastermind behind a new drug crime case, and Ricky (played by Munetaka Aoki), another villain involved in the drug case. It depicts an exhilarating crime-fighting operation carried out for the sake of the audience.

In the play, Lee Jun-hyuk plays Joo Seong-cheol, a mysterious third-generation Korean villain. There is no known information about Joo Seong-cheol other than that he is the mastermind behind the new drug case. He is a person who moves one step ahead of the Seoul Metropolitan Investigation Unit and causes confusion in the investigation.

On this day, Lee Jun-hyuk said, "When I first received the offer from senior Ma Dong-seok, I didn't feel as much pressure as I do now because 'Crime City 2' had not been released. Like (Son) Seok-gu and senior Yoon Kye-sang, I am grateful to them for helping me attract enough attention to the pressure of the previous two films." He said.

Lee Jun-hyuk said, "Isn't everyone's life going through difficult times? I was going to Ganghwa Island to rest for a while with my close friend, when I got a phone call. At that time, 'Crime City 2' was before the release, and I didn't even know that 'Crime City 3' was coming out. Senior Ma Dong-seok ‘Crime City 3’ was coming out, and he said, ‘Would you like to play a villain?’ At that time, I also wanted to try new things in terms of acting,” he explained.

‘Crime City 3’ will be released on the 31st.
