Lee Sun-gyun and Jung Yu-mi's 'Sleep', Cannes Film Festival official schedule

Lee Sun-gyun and Jung Yu-mi will have a photo wall and stage greeting related to 'Sleep' (director Yoo Jae-sun) in the Critics' Week section of the 76th Cannes Film Festival on the 21st at 11:00 am (hereafter local time).
Lee Sun-gyun, who left France via Incheon International Airport on the 19th, attended the 2023 Korean Film Night held in Cannes on the 20th hosted by the Korean Film Council (hereinafter Youngjinwi). Lee Sun-gyun is said to have conveyed his feelings, "It is an honor to be able to come to Cannes again."
Lee Sun-kyun has a deep relationship with Khan. Following the movie 'Going to the End', he was invited again after about 4 years of visiting Cannes with 'Parasite'. In addition to 'Sleep' this year, 'Escape: PROJECT SILENCE', which was invited to the Midnight Screening category, was invited through two works.

Jung Yu-mi was invited to the Cannes Film Festival for the fourth time after 'I Don't Know You', 'In Another Country', and 'Train to Busan'.
Meanwhile, a total of seven Korean films were invited to the Cannes Film Festival this year. 'Fire' (Director Kim Chang-hoon) in 'Notable Gaze', 'Spider's Nest' (Director Kim Ji-woon) in Non-Competition, 'Escape: PROJECT SILENCE' (Director Kim Tae-gon) in Midnight Screening, 'Sleep' (Director Yoo Jae-sun) in Critics' Week ), and 'Our Day' (director Sangsoo Hong) was listed as the closing film for the director's week. 'Brothers of the Lee Family' (Korea National University of Arts School of Film, Film Department Seo Jeong-mi) and 'Hall' (Korean Film Academy Hwang Hye-in) were selected in the La Cinef (Cine Foundation) category.
It opened on the 16th and will be held until the 27th. The opening film is 'Jean du Barry' (directed by Maiwen), and the closing film is 'Elemental' (directed by Peter Sohn).
